  • Ergomate is a smart software platform that connects people, desks, and data. It combines a mobile app for end users with an online portal for companies to monitor usage, improve wellbeing, and manage workplaces more efficiently.
  • Ergomate works with AOKE’s intelligent desk systems equipped with modern control panels and sensors. By pairing the desk with the app, users can adjust height, track activity, and build healthier sit-stand habits in real time. The pairing process works as described below, depending on the ownership type of your smart desk. If you own the desk personally, please follow the steps in the ‘Personal desk’ section. If you own the desk via a company, please follow the steps in the ‘Company desk’ section. Personal desk 1. Install your smart height adjustable desk fully and have it powered on for connection 2. Install the Ergomate application on your smartphone via the App Store or Google Play 3. Create your Ergomate account via the app 4. Connect your smart height adjustable desk to your WiFi network using the ‘+’ icon in the right corner 5. After following all steps and connecting to your WiFi network the desk will re-boot 6. Once the re-boot is completed you can enjoy all the Ergomate features via your application Company desk 1. Install your smart height adjustable desk fully and have it powered on for connection 2. Install the Ergomate application on your smartphone via the App Store or Google Play 3. Create your Ergomate account via the app 4. Connect your smart height adjustable desk to your WiFi network using the ‘+’ icon in the right corner 5. If your account is not assigned to a company yet, please create a company first via our Ergomate Connect portal. If your account is assigned to a company already, please select the correct company during the installation process 6. After following all steps and connecting to your WiFi network the desk will re-boot 7. Once the re-boot is completed you can enjoy all the Ergomate features via your application and Ergomate Connect portal If you have any issues or questions regarding the above steps, please don’t hesitate to contact us!
